This Privacy Policy describes how 222 Legal, PLLC (“Firm,” “we,” “our” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares User (“you” “your” “user”) data and information in connection with the website located at www.222-legal.com (the “Site”). Your access and use of the Site are governed by this Privacy Policy, including any content and services offered on or through this Site. This Privacy Policy details what, of your data, is collected, how it is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected. By using the Site, you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, please stop using the Site immediately.

It is your responsibility to make sure that your personal information is accurate and that your password(s) and account registration information are secure and not shared with third parties. The Firm will discontinue storage of your data upon your request. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, the Firm cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. The Firm is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.

Transparency Regarding Your Data Protection Rights. We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following: (1) You have the right to request copies from the Firm of your personal data by contacting us directly if you are not able to access it through your user portal. (2) You have the right to request that the Firm correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request the Firm to complete information you believe is incomplete. (3) You have the right to request that the Firm erase your personal data, under certain conditions. (4) You have the right to request that the Firm restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. (5) You have the right to object to the Firm’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. (6) You have the right to request that the Firm transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions. NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: Users that reside in California, USA may only make a personal information request twice in a twelve (12) month period, which we will respond to within forty-five (45) days of the date your request was received. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The Firm does not knowingly collect any personal information from visitors or users of our Site who are under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under thirteen (13), please do not give us any personal information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide personal information through the internet without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of thirteen (13) has provided personal information to us, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

 

Changes to Our Privacy Policy. The Firm reserves the right to modify or change this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates or changes to our Privacy Policy will be posted here, and any material changes as to how we use or disclose your information will be emailed, if applicable, to the address you provided to the Firm.
